2) Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

www.eagosion.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4) Damages

www.eagosion.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your damaged order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please contact us first to initiate a return and refund. Direct return at the time of delivery or to the local post office without prior contact would not be accepted. You can email us at contact@eagosion.com with *RETURN* in the email heading.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you refund, the freight won't be returned when you placed this order.
And when returning the goods to the address provided by us, the shipping cost or other costs need the customer to undertake.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after your return items have arrived and confirmed with the outlined refundable conditions at our warehouse.

For best customer service, like always we will notify you via email once your return package has been received, and let you know whether the items qualify for a refund.
