Orders & Payment
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively, you can opt for quick checkout via PayPal, AmazonPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options with Affirm. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” box under the “Order Summary” section. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order arrives at our warehouse and is processed, our team will work to dispatch it as soon as possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.
When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

We deliver your order straight to your address via DHL, FedEx & UPS. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. Please ensure that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, your order will be processed within 1 - 2 working days, and delivered within 3 - 7 working days*.

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from EAGOSION, but here are a few solutions we can offer:
If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to contact@eagosion.com so we can help you look into this.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.
GV Pro / GV Plus
Our GV Series Ortho-K lens cleaner is designed specifically to clean and maintain orthokeratology lenses (Ortho-K lenses). These lenses are used for reshaping the cornea overnight. This cleaner helps remove impurities, bacteria, and other contaminants, ensuring the lenses remain safe and effective for regular use.
No, EAGOSION GV Series Ortho-K lens cleaner is intended exclusively for hard lenses like Ortho-K and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses. It is not suitable for soft contact lenses. Using this cleaner for soft lenses could damage the lenses or cause ineffective cleaning.
It’s recommended to clean your Ortho-K lenses every night before storing them. Consistent cleaning ensures the lenses stay free from protein and lipid deposits, which could impact comfort and vision. Follow the instructions on the cleaner for optimal results.
You should use a cleaning solution that is designed for rigid gas permeable (RGP) or Ortho-K lenses. These solutions are specially formulated to clean and disinfect hard lenses without causing damage. Avoid using solutions designed for soft lenses or hydrogen peroxide-based solutions unless the cleaner specifically supports them.
To keep your cleaner in good working condition:
The cleaner should effectively remove debris and contaminants from the lenses. If you notice that the lenses are still dirty or there is visible residue, it may be time to check the machine for any issues or replace the lens holder or other parts. Additionally, ensure the cleaning solution is fresh and compatible with your lenses.
To maintain the cleaner’s performance, it’s recommended to replace the lens holder and cleaning wheel every 3 months. This ensures the cleaning process is efficient and prevents any damage to your lenses due to worn-out parts.
EV Pro / EV Plus
Our contact lens cleaner uses medical flexible EVA support lenses, and its hardness is much lower than the hardness of RGP materials (1-2 quantitative levels). The rotation of rotating the head during cleaning does not contact the lens directly.
The hard material of contact lenses is relatively fragile, and the hand washing has a certain risk of damage. The arc is large. In addition, hand washing will cause contact lenses to be damaged and bacteria remain.

1.Remove the cleaning slot and rotate the plug with tweezers to loosen the pivot.
2.Remove the motor from the pivot, wipe it with a tissue.
It is recommended to replace the slot every six months. If clean it frequently, can extend its usage time appropriately. After each cleaning, wipe the bottom of the slot dry to prevent the magnetic part from getting damp and rusting.
