Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please contact us first to initiate a return and refund. Direct return at the time of delivery or to the local post office without prior contact would not be accepted. You can email us at contact@eagosion.com with *RETURN* in the email heading.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you refund, the freight won't be returned when you placed this order.
And when returning the goods to the address provided by us, the shipping cost or other costs need the customer to undertake.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after your return items have arrived and confirmed with the outlined refundable conditions at our warehouse.

For best customer service, like always we will notify you via email once your return package has been received, and let you know whether the items qualify for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive a refund, please contact us by email: contact@eagosion.com.
